I'm working on getting back into exercise as a regular part of my life. I worked out on Monday & today using a Jackie Personal Trainer DVD. I used the 15 minute total body routine. When I finished both days I felt like I had worked out. I was energized & even a little twitchy. It seemed like all my small muscles were twitching just a little. It made it just a little hard to sit still for anything. So I worked on active work until my muscles recovered a little.
